Ordering
Orders are sent to our warehouse immediately and can be dispatched in as little as 1 hour. If you have placed an order more than an hour ago we will not be able to amend or stop the order. If it is within our open hours and less than one hour ago then please email hello@brewitalia.com and we will do everything possible to help you. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to change the order so please take care to order the correct item.
Yes, we can issue you with a VAT invoice. Please email hello@brewitalia.com and we will send you a VAT invoice to the email address you have used or provided. Please note this invoice is sent from a system called Unleashed and it can often be held in junk or spam so please do check these folders if you have not received the VAT invoice within 3 working days.
We process orders immediately to ensure quick dispatch and delivery. If it is over 1 working hour since you placed your order we will not be able to cancel the order. You will be able to process a return and refund through your account once you have received the item.
If it is within 1 working hour since you placed your order please complete our order amend form and we will do everything possible to help but we cannot guarantee the cancellation.
It is not possible to cancel an order that is placed after 3pm and will be shipping on the same working day.

Once the order has shipped we are not able to change the address and we would suggest contacting the carrier directly. If you follow the tracking link on the dispatch confirmation email you will be directed to the carrier's website. Certain carriers will allow you to make an amendment to the address.
If the item has been delivered to the address you provided and the carrier has photographic evidence they will not provide compensation.
If the item has been rejected at the delivery address it will be sent back to our warehouse and once received we will be able to process a refund for you. This can take a number of weeks and you will be able to see the tracking information on your original tracking link.
Unfortunately we are unable to apply a discount once an order has been placed as our system does not allow it.
No, the discount is only applicable for standard Bialetti stovetop coffee makers. It does not include spare parts or ongoing subscriptions.
