Orders placed before 1pm will dispatch on the same day. Orders placed after 1pm will dispatch on the following working day. Our carriers will attempt to deliver twice and also leave a collection card. If they are unable to deliver, the goods will be returned to us and you will be liable to pay any additional delivery charge.

International Orders
Please note you will be contacted by email or telephone to pay any required import fees. We cannot take responsibility for delays due to non payment of fees and you will be charged for the delivery if they are not paid and the goods are returned to us. You will be refunded for the item purchased.
- We deliver internationally through Royal Mail International Standard
- Europe delivery 3-5 working days
- Worldwide delivery 6-7 working days
- For international shipments outside of our delivery countries please contact Forward2Me or another parcel forwarder - we can't assist with shipping outside of these countries.
- Depending on your delivery location you may be required to pay import duties and charges
- It is your responsibility to return any unwanted items before a refund will be processed
