We needed a replacement handle for our 2 cup pot. It was very easy to knock out the pin & drill a small hole to fit the new handle

The service and quality of the coffee is superb, I'll never use Whitard's again...I love both the classic coffee and the flavoured (Vanilla + Chocolate purchased) they have just the right hint of flavouring without distracting from the coffee taste.
