Brew Italia C/O HCI DistributionOrdered a moka pot, which to their credit arrived promptly (that’s the one star). I wanted to change the size so looked up the exchange process online. There is no contact number or online way to return, instructions are to send an email. I have now sent two emails with no answer and I am left with a pot the wrong size and no way of getting this resolved. Very unsatisfied. Please could someone contact me to find a solution.
Hello Naomi, unfortunately we have not receiuved any emails from you. You can login to your account (no password required as we send a code) and then request a return. You can find the details on our Refund Policy page. As soon as we get the request, we will get it processed for you. Thanks
12 years ago my husband purchased a 4 cup Moka coffee pot, I purchased the fancy D & G pots in an extravagant mood; my son has the 3 cup pot and I'm using the 'diddy' little 2 cup job along with my trusty old 4 cupper. I think the distracting white D & G band should have been coloured a shade of coffee-cream
