UK Shipping:

We dispatch all our UK orders through Royal Mail 24 or 48

  • 48hr Royal Mail Standard Delivery - £2.95
  • FREE 48hr Royal Mail Standard Delivery - Orders of £30 or over
  • 48hr Royal Mail Tracked & Signed - £4.95
  • 24hr Royal Mail Tracked & Signed - £5.95 (orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched on the following working day. Any orders placed over the weekend or bank holiday's will be dispatched the next working day)

60 Day Free Returns
We try to provide as much information as possible so you get the product that is right for you. If you don't feel the product you receive is right for you, don't worry, just sent it back. All we ask is that it is unused and in the original packaging.

Brew Italia are committed to providing excellent customer service and for this reason we offer a 60-day money back guarantee on unwanted and unused products. The 60 days start from the day that you order the product from Brew Italia. Please note products must be unused and in a saleable condition in the original packaging.
Please note we are permitted by law to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods, if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop. For this reason please ensure that all unwanted products are unused, in the original packaging and this packaging has not been damaged. We would ask that you take care not to apply tape or labels to the returned product and ensure you wrap them well when sending back to Brew Italia.
The product/parcel is your responsibility until it reaches Brew Italia so please ensure it is well wrapped and protected for transit by your chosen carrier.
If you are returning a product that is faulty or has been sent in error then Brew Italia will pay reasonable return postage costs. For UK Mainland and UK non Mainland reasonable is deemed to be Royal Mail 2nd class and please ensure you have proof of postage.
We cannot process your return until we receive the product so please allow a few days for delivery to take place. We aim to make all refunds within 3 working days of receiving the product back from you but our terms and conditions state refunds will be made within 14 days.

Guarantee
Here at Brew Italia we believe in selling products that we would want to be sold so they have to function well and last the test of time. That said we live in the real world and every now and then faults do happen but we will always be here to help. We offer a standard 1 year guarantee on most of our products which is extended up to 10 years depending on the product. Please check the product page for details. We offer a 60 days free returns service so you can buy with confidence (please see above).

We only offer this guarantee on products purchased through our website (www.brewitalia.com), if you have purchased from another retailer you will have to review their returns policy.

The guarantee omits the products listed below as they have been designed specifically with replacement parts, they are consumables or perishable.

  • Paper filters
  • Coffee press stainless steel filters
  • Glass components
  • Coffee (opened or unopened)

What faults are covered?

  • Structural faults and defects
  • Defects from reasonable usage

What isn't covered?

  • Accidental damage
  • Incorrect
  • Broken glass
  • Cosmetic marks from use (scratches and coating)
  • Damage from dishwasher cleaning (hand wash only products)
How do I return my product?

I want to return/exchange my item.

 

For UK Returns/Exchanges:

1. Please print the returns form and fill in the required information.

2. Ensure your items are sealed in a secure box with the returns form enclosed.

3. Create your free royal mail return label. Print and place clearly on the front of your parcel.

4. Take your parcel to your nearest post office. Be sure to request a proof of postage receipt in case of any accidental loss.

5. If you are returning to exchange your item(s), we will send your requested items as soon as we receive your returned items. If the items you wish to exchange are more or less than your paid amount, we will be in touch.

For International Returns/Exchanges:

1. Please print the returns form and fill in the required information.

2. Ensure your items are sealed in a secure box with the returns form enclosed.

4. If you are returning to exchange your item(s), we will send your requested items as soon as we receive your returned items. If the items you wish to exchange are more or less than your paid amount, we will be in touch.

If the original box is larger than 61cm (L) x 46cm (W) x 46cm (D) fall outside the Royal Mail restrictions and Brew Italia Customer Service will reimburse you for any additional return charges.

We will process refunds and exchanges within 72 hours of receipt, this may vary during busy periods. You will receive an email confirmation from us only once your request has been completed.
