The Bialetti Gioia Plus is the perfect coffee capsule machine for those who want to enjoy the flavour of true Italian coffee. The premium body is robust and durable as well as being space saving. It is designed to be simple and easy to use while still delivering an espresso bar quality coffee every time.

The Gioia Plus is designed to be used with the patented Bialetti Caffe d’Italia coffee capsules. They provide 7g of Certified Italian Espresso (Espreso Italiano Certificato) compared to the 5g of coffee found in the traditional Nespresso coffee capsules. The aluminium coffee capsules preserve the flavour of the coffee over a long shelf life and can be widely recycled at curb side.

The combination of the Bialetti Gioia Plus Italian capsule machine and the Bialetti I Caffe d’Italia brings together over 100 years of Bialetti Italian coffee heritage at the touch of a button.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. We have a 30 days returns policy and we will offer a refund or exchange as long as we receive the goods back within 30 days of the delivery date.

Unwanted Items

The product and retail packaging must be unused and in perfect saleable condition
Tapes or labels must not be applied to the product packaging
Please note we are permitted by law to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods caused by your handling
If you would like to exchange or send an undamaged and unused item back, you are responsible for the delivery back to Brew Italia and any associated delivery fee for the replacement. You should ensure you have a proof of postage and insurance.
We cannot offer exchanges and refunds for coffee as it is a foodstuff
We cannot offer exchanges and refunds for gift cards
If you have ordered multiple items and request a refund for part of the order you will be charged £3.95 if this takes the original order value below our free delivery value of £40, this is not charged if you request an exchange
Exchanges and refunds can only be process after you request a refund through your account

Items sent back without a request will not be processed and you will be liable to pay shipping if you would like the goods back

For exchanges we will not charge delivery for the second order as long as the value is over £20

Use

Press the power button and wait for the LED light to turn green.
Raise the lever and insert the capsule into the capsule compartment.
Close the lever and press the preferred brewing button.
As soon as the coffee has reached the set brewing level, the brewing will stop automatically.

No, the Bialetti Gioia Plus is a closed cup system and is only compatible with the patented Bialetti I Caffe d’Italia capsule system.

No, the machine is an espresso capsule system and does not include a steamer. If you require mild we would recommend one of the Bialetti manual milk frothers or the Gioia electric milk frother.

This is typically caused as the machine is being used with non compatible capsules that are now from the Bialetti brand. Change the capsule for an official Bialetti capsule.

The drip tray, waste capsule compartment and cup rack should be handwashed on a regular basis. The external body of the machine can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. You should also descale the machine every 300 cups of coffee or 3 months, whichever is first.

You fill the water tank and add a coffee machine descaler to the water. The machine instructions outline how to put the machine into cleaning mode. Once in cleaning mode you should allow 20 minutes for cleaning.
