The product and retail packaging must be unused and in perfect saleable condition
Tapes or labels must not be applied to the product packaging
Please note we are permitted by law to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods caused by your handling
If you would like to exchange or send an undamaged and unused item back, you are responsible for the delivery back to Brew Italia and any associated delivery fee for the replacement. You should ensure you have a proof of postage and insurance.
We cannot offer exchanges and refunds for coffee as it is a foodstuff

If you have ordered multiple items and request a refund for part of the order you will be charged £3.95 if this takes the original order value below our free delivery value of £40, this is not charged if you request an exchange

FAQs

All Bialetti coffee is roasted and packed at their roastery in Coccaglio near Bergamo.

This is whole bean coffee and can be used with bean to cup machines, semi automatic machines and if you have a grinder. Please note this is not ground coffee.

Unfortunately for health and safety reasons we are unable to accept returns for coffee. If you are just starting with our coffee we would suggest buying a smaller bag or one of our trial packs.

The bags do not have a sealable zipper however they do have a valve to push out the air and they can easily be sealed with a clip.

No, we would suggest that you store them in a cool, dark and dry place, ideally in an airtight container designed specifically for coffee.

Love these beans

I normally buy from a well none speciality supplier, gave these a try and I was very surprised this coffee has good strength and a chocolate after taste no bitterness at all I have since purchased some more. I use them in the moka pot and espresso machine, these will be my coffee of choice from now on. The delivery was spot om as well.
