The product and retail packaging must be unused and in perfect saleable condition

If you would like to exchange or send an undamaged and unused item back, you are responsible for the delivery back to Brew Italia and any associated delivery fee for the replacement. You should ensure you have a proof of postage and insurance.

If you have ordered multiple items and request a refund for part of the order you will be charged £3.95 if this takes the original order value below our free delivery value of £40, this is not charged if you request an exchange

FAQs

All Bialetti coffee is roasted and packed at their roastery in Coccaglio near Bergamo.

The filter ground coffee is ground specifically for filter coffee machines (percolators), manual pour over coffee, cafetieres (coffee press) and all other filter coffee makers. It should not be used in an espresso machine or moka pot as the grind size is too coarse.

The best before date is shown on the box and they last for 2 years from the roast date. Once opened we would recommend keeping in an air tight container for no more than 2 weeks so you can enjoy the best flavour.

This depends on the roast. The arabica coffee is from Brazil and the Robusta is from India. Most of the Bialetti coffees are 100% Brazilian Arabica.

The bags do not come with a resealable zipper but they do have a valve to push the air out and can easily be sealed with a clip.
