First of all, you should be patient because a high street artisan coffee quality with Bialetti could be achieved with very low heat so relatively long time but result is really perfect, highly recommended. In summary, goodbye to the expensive artisan coffees.

Bialetti the first and last name when it comes to Moka pots have just turned up the heat with a Rainbow colour range. The same old quality with a touch of Italian flare, the only question now is can I justify a second pot in a different colour!
